Exhibitions

Kempton Park boasts 1,400m² of newly refurbished exhibition space on the ground floor of the grandstand, complimented by natural daylight and modern, inviting bars and food outlets including the nation’s favourite Costa Coffee shop and a Trattoria serving freshly baked pizzas – all of which can be open in conjunction with your event.

This bright, vibrant and stylish space is multifunctional so can be used for exhibitions, conferences, award ceremonies, product launches, fashion shows, banqueting and other events, holding up to 650 people for a sit down dinner or 750 people for a Reception. 

The Premier Suite located on the first floor of the Grandstand offers 600m² of exhibition space, and can be used on its own or in conjunction with the exhibition space on the ground floor, with its own cloakroom and syndicate areas. The Premier Suite also benefits from natural daylight with fantastic views from a large balcony overlooking the Parade Ring & Winner’s Enclosure, and easy access onto the racecourse.

 

Conferences

The ground floor of the Grandstand can also be used for conferences accommodating up to 650 people, and with easy access onto the racecourse and parade ring, provides the perfect option to follow a large business event with enjoying the thrill of the races with raceday hospitality or simply admission to the races for all of your event guests.

The Premier Suite on the first floor of the Grandstand is the most popular choice for large conferences, accommodating up to 500 people theatre style, 360 people cabaret style or 240 people classroom style.

Our carefully designed new range of bronze, silver and gold daily delegate packages will guarantee a memorable experience for your delegates with options that include a unique revitalise break to energise your delegates in the afternoon, and a chef served theatre lunch to add that personal touch and wow-factor to your event.

All of our daily delegate packages also offer inclusive added extras from a pair of free tickets for each delegate to return and enjoy the racing with friends or family, to the opportunity to experience an organised Behind the Scenes Tour of the racecourse during refreshment breaks to gain an insight into the world of horse racing.
