Disabled Access

Kempton Park is fully DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant and we make every effort to ensure all out guests feel safe and comfortable in their surroundings.

Parking

All of our car parks are on hard standing areas, with allocated disabled bays. Our car parks on a raceday are manned by marshals who will allocate the bays on a first come first served basis.

Assistance Dogs

Are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times

Notes: All disabled partners who have a Recognized Assistance Dog will carry a laminated ID card with a photo of dog and partner as well as the logos both of Assistance Dogs UK and the member organisation responsible for aftercare of the partnership.

Notes: All Recognized Assistance Dogs wear jackets showing clear identification of the dog as a Recognised Assistance Dog.

Assistant Entry

If you need an assistant to accompany you to the races, a complimentary admission ticket will be provided for the carer.  Some fixtures including Kempton Live and the William Hill Winter Festival are excluded from this entry scheme. To enquire about a complimentary ticket for a carer please call Lisa Russell-Smith on 01932 782292.

A viewing platform of the parade ring and racecourse is available for racing which is then manned during busy fixture to ensure appropriate use.

There are viewing areas suitable for wheelchairs on the balconies of all boxes and private suites.
