Located on the first floor of the Grandstand, the Premier Suite is a popular option for conferences for up to 500 delegates and with the use of partition walls can be divided into two; the Premier North and Premier South Suite. The Premier Suite provides superb flexible options for conferences, exhibitions, dinner dances, award ceremonies and other events.

The Clubhouse Suites offer a fantastic range of space for your next meeting or training course. The main Clubhouse Suite can accommodate up to 150 delegates, whilst the smaller sized suites are perfect for more intimate meetings or can be used as breakout room options. With a dedicated event manager on hand, we’ll ensure your day runs smoothly.

Our double boxes within the Clubhouse Suite are perfect for small to medium sized meetings or training courses holding up to 40 people theatre style.

The Royal Box
In recent years the Royal Box has been used by Her Majesty the Queen and a number of prominent celebrities. In earlier times it was the haunt of the Queen Mother, Princess Margaret and Winston Churchill. With the best views of the racecourse and finishing post this bright room can accommodate up to 60 guests.

Exhibition Hall
Located in the ground floor of the main Grandstand and refurbished in 2011, this bright, vibrant and stylish space can be used for exhibitions, conferences, meetings, fashion shows, banquets and parties. In this space we can offer modern catering options, including our Costa Coffee or Trattoria Italian Pizza outlets, and various bars.
