Kempton Park offers a unique venue for training courses and meetings with a variety of function rooms and suites to choose from and over 400 acres of outdoor space to use within the racecourse grounds if required.

 

Clubhouse Suites

The Clubhouse is a popular option for meetings and training courses with the main Clubhouse function room holding up to 200 people theatre style, 72 people cabaret style or 90 people classroom style. For smaller meetings there are a selection of boxes to choose from within the Clubhouse building, all with fabulous views over the racetrack and countryside and private balconies perfect to take in a breath of fresh air during refreshment breaks.

A single Clubhouse box can hold up to 12 people boardroom style and 8 people cabaret style,  or you can opt for a double box which holds up to 16 people boardroom style and 18 people cabaret style. The Lanzarote Suite (named after one of Kempton Park’s feature National Hunt races) is the largest of the Clubhouse boxes holding up to 18 people boardroom style, 24 people cabaret style or 40 people theatre style. 

The variety of Clubhouse boxes can be used in conjunction for your event, providing a fantastic option for syndicate rooms and breakout space. Why not mix business with pleasure and stay on for the racing after your meeting or training in your own private box whilst socialising with your work colleagues or networking with clients.

 

Desert Orchid Suite

For a slightly larger meeting why not opt for the Desert Orchid Suite named after the much loved grey race horse that achieved iconic status within National Hunt racing, including being four time winner of Kempton Park’s famous King George VI Chase. With breathtaking views over the racecourse and its own large private balcony, the Desert Orchid Suite can hold up to 150 theatre style, 100 classroom style, and 72 cabaret style. The private balcony provides the great option to hold a private BBQ lunch for your delegates during the summer months or to enjoy racing hospitality after your business event.

 

Nigel Clark Suite

The Nigel Clark Suite (named after the well known racehorse owner, charity fundraiser and past President of Kempton Park) and used as the Owners & Trainers Suite on racedays is also available for meetings and training courses. Located by the Parade Ring, the suite holds up to 80 people theatre style, 50 people cabaret style and 38 people boardroom style.

For larger training events, the Premier Suite and ground floor of the Grandstand have plenty of flexible space options, and Kempton Park is set within over 400 acres of land that can be used for all outdoor event requirements.
